Is the intake really free?

Yes. The intake call is free and has no obligation to buy anything. It is a short conversation to understand your goals and guide you in the direction of useful tools.

How long does the free intake take?

We reserve 45 minutes in our calendar. The exact amount of time needed will depend on your specific case and the amount of details we dive into.

Can I reschedule my intake booking?

Yes. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email to pick a new time. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will help you move the appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. If you cancel, there are no fees since the intake is free. If you cannot make it, please cancel or reschedule as soon as you can so another learner can take the slot.
